- 24/7 Tiered Helpdesk Support (Basic to Advanced).
- Infrastructure and Network Management.
- Cybersecurity monitoring and Cloud strategy.
- Hardware lifecycle management and Onsite support in the Benelux region.
03 User Conduct and Obligations
When using our platform and services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requested.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Respect our intellectual property and system security.
- Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the security or performance of our systems.
04 Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including text, logos, designs, and code on the Techcura website, is the exclusive property of Techcura or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
05 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techcura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
06 Service Availability and Modifications
We strive for 24/7 availability of our support services; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.
07 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Almere/Amsterdam.
